Unless otherwise noted, all invoices are due upfront. No refunds will be issued once work has begun. Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension.3. Intellectual PropertyUpon full payment, you receive the right to use the deliverables for your business. We reserve the right to reference anonymized work in our portfolio unless a prior NDA is in place.4. ConfidentialityWe respect your privacy and will never disclose your proprietary assets, internal data, or strategic materials to third parties without consent.5. Liability DisclaimerPraevox does not guarantee specific financial results or performance outcomes. All services are provided “as is” without warranties. You assume full responsibility for how our systems are implemented.6. Termination RightsWe may suspend or terminate services if terms are violated, payment is not received, or abuse occurs.
